1.APW-IIA pipeline automatic welding equipment can be used for a medium and large diameter fixed-hole pipeline welding, suitable for: 1.1 long-distance pipeline welding; 1.2 Welding of fixed annular welds; 1.3 The pipe diameter is greater than or equal to 400mm; 1.4 weld width is less than 30mm; With flexible or rigid straight rails, APW-IIA pipeline automatic welding equipment can also be used to: 1.5 Vertical seams, internal and external circumferential seams, arched lap joint seams of other containers, storage tanks, etc.

2. Features 2.1 The equipment is specially designed to have a nopen-type rigid circular orbit, so it is convenient disassembly and assembly, reliable connection, stable crawling of welding trolley, small change of arc length, stable welding process; 2.2 Applicable core or solid wire; 2.3 Four welding waveform modes, suitable for welding of hot welds, filled weld passes and capping weld passes; 2.4 Welding parameters can be set before welding, and can also be adjusted in real time during the welding process; 2.5 The crawler car is small in size, light in weight, easy to install and easy to handle; 2.6 The control system has strong anti-interference ability and reliable performance; 2.7 Appropriate wind protection measures can be used for field welding.
